All is well in Cairo

Friends,

Greetings from Egypt. After months of prayer and preparations, we have finally arrived in Egypt. In mid-June we left Princeton and traveled to Italy where we met the whole Robinson crew for a family vacation.  We had a wonderful time.  We also made a brief stop in Paris before visiting Ben’s cousin Tom who lives with his family in Switzerland.

We have been in Egypt for about a week; it has been great to be back.  Dear friends met us at the airport and have since blessed us with friendship and practical assistance as we settle.  Arabic is slowly returning as we reacquaint ourselves with the familiar, but ever-changing, city.  We will write a more in depth update in the beginning of August, but until then we wanted y’all to know that we are alive and well in the City Victorious.
